Ordering from Images of Canada is fast, easy, convenient and secure. Shop on-line anytime at www.imagesofcanada.com - it's fun, easy to use and all transactions are completely secure.

You can also call us toll-free at 1-800-890-6974. Our Customer Service Representatives are available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm Eastern Time (6am to 4pm Mountain Time), and Saturdays 10am to 4pm Eastern Time (8am to 2pm Mountain Time). Outside of these hours, give us a call we might be here or you may leave a message on our answering machine and a Customer Service Representative will return your call on the next business day.

We source our clothing items from many different suppliers across Canada. When we make a selection, we compile as much information as possible about the exact sizing and fit of these products. Our Customer Service Representatives have ready access to this information and can assist you in determining the correct choice of size for any item we carry. Can I return or exchange an item?
In a word - yes! We know sometimes something you have ordered may not fit just as you had hoped, or the gift purchased may not be to the recipients' liking. We want to take the risk out of shopping with Images of Canada and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason an Images of Canada item fails to meet your requirements or expectations, you may return it for an exchange, credit or full refund of the merchandise purchase price. To speed up the return/exchange process, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-800-890-6974 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number which will enable us to process your return or exchange as quickly as possible.

What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we will ship partial orders at your option at no extra cost to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
In our on-line store we accept Visa and Mastercard.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed promptly. All in-stockorders are shipped within two business days and should arrive to Canadian destinations within one to three weeks. Please see shipping information for further details.

I need to have an item shipped urgently. Do you make shipments by courier?
If you need your order urgently, we will be happy to ship in-stock items by Priority Courier. Charges are based on the weight of the parcel. I want to send a gift out of the country. How long will it take to arrive, and what will the shipping costs be?
We ship to the USA via USPS with guaranteed delivery to the continental US within seven business days. Please click here for shipping charges.

For overseas shipments, charges and times vary with weight and method. Please e-mail us at info@imagesofcanada.com or call us toll-free at 1-800-890-6974 for a quotation.

What if an item arrives damaged?
We will package your order carefully and securely to protect any fragile items. Parcels are insured at no cost to you. If any damage should occur in transit, simply call us toll-free at 1-800-890-6974 on receipt of your order.

Do you have a gift-wrapping service?
We will specially gift wrap items for you with both recipient and occasion in mind. Our gift wrapping charge is $5 per item. We can ship parcels directly to the recipient with the personal message of your choice. The statement and receipt will be sent only to you. A packing slip listing the items to be received will be enclosed with the parcel, however at your request, it can be left out, to protect your surprise.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, we offer gift certificates in any dollar amount. Please call our toll-free Customer Service line at 1-800-890-6974 to order a gift certificate.

How do I earn your $10 gift certificate?
With your purchase of $100 or more (not including taxes or shipping charges) you will receive with your order a $10 gift certificate which you can use anytime up to one calendar year from the date of your order. Earn and use as many as you like on your next purchase having a minimum value of $50 or more after gift certificate redemption. Please call us at 1-800-890-6974 for details.

How do I redeem the $10 gift certificate?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to redeem gift certificates in our on-line store. To redeem your $10 gift certificate, please call a Customer Service Representative toll-free at 1-800-890-6974 when you place your next order or send an email after you place your order including GC# and Expiry date.
